Veranstaltungen

In the creative workshop „Translocal, transnational, and hybrid spatial structures“, hosted by Francesca Ceola and Simore Rueß, ideas will be shared and graphic languages will be suggested to address, reflect on, or analyse translocality, transnationalism and hybrid cultural space-oriented (or spatial) practices. It is supported by the audio-visual work of guest artist Camilo Bravo Molano. The workshop closes with the public keynote lecture by sociologist Prof. Dr. Magdalena Nowicka (https://visionproject.net) at 6 pm, who will discuss insights from her research on migration, mobility, transnational processes and convivial society. The Workshop is going to be held in English, and is addressed to all transdisciplinary spatial scholars. We ask interested participants to register in advance until 30th of October 2024 by sending an email to francesca.ceola@tu-berlin.de.
